Frost on Interior ceiling and walls of garage?

It is getting cool today it is around -6 degrees, I am noticing frost on the ceilings and walls of My Garage …I have no heater in the garage nor does it have any water hookup , nothing fancy .But it was just built in April this year. I did however paint the inside of the garage…Is this frost due to very cold temps…or is this something I should be concerned about?
