How to build a door? (between summer porch and house)?

We moved into a house that was assembled in 1946, and so no standard sized doors exist in the house. the door between the (uninsulated & unheated) summer porch and the living space is non-existant (the frame is still there but the door itself isn’t). We are unable to buy a standard door for it and a custom door wold be a fair chunk of change.
the space inside the frame opening is 80.5inches by 31.5 inches. We would like to figure out what it would take (and then figure out the cost) to build a door compared to getting a custom door from the shop. thanx in advance.

Not wishing to be funny but if you have to ask you probably can’t do it. Buying the tools to build a door would cost as much as buying a door. Buy a 6-8 x 2-8 door, attaching a door sweep to the bottom should take up about 3/8,” a 1/8″ clearance at the top should make up the 801/2″. Using a straight edge and a circular saw cut 11/16″ off the lock side of the door at a 21/2 degree bevel and bore for the hardware. Cut the hinges in the door to match those in the frame.
